The last date returns will be accepted to our warehouse is Monday 20th July. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to arrive with us.
In the unlikely event that you should need to return an item to us as faulty after this date, please call Customer Services on 0844 556 3344, and they will advise you.
If you are a Personal Account customer, you will continue to receive statements as normal until your balance has been cleared.
