Do I have to pay to return goods?

If you decide you do not want to keep any of the items you have ordered, they must be returned to us. Using our courier service, where available, will save you the expense of returning an item. We will match the direct cost of returning the goods against the handling and delivery charges, so there is no additional charge to you.
