Call the number on your parcel to arrange a personal courier collection
Call Customer Services on 0844 556 3344 and we'll arrange a collection for you
Use the 'Returns Collection' facility on your online account
Before returning your goods please
Pack them carefully in their original packaging
Complete and enclose the returns form found on the delivery note accompanying your parcel
Do not enclose further orders or payments
If you do not live in an area served by our courier, simply follow the return guidelines found inside your parcel.
